How much does a website or booking system cost?
Every business runs differently, so we don't do menu pricing. Tell us what you need and you'll get one fixed quote in writing — no hourly billing, no surprises. If we misjudge the effort, that's ours to carry.
How long does it take?
Plan on 2–4 weeks from agreeing the quote to going live. Booking and automation builds run in the same window, depending on what we're connecting to.
What can you actually automate?
Bookings on WhatsApp or your website, reminders and confirmations, quotes and follow-ups, client intake and records — plus an assistant that answers routine questions and drafts replies for your approval. If a task eats your admin hours, it's probably automatable.
Is WhatsApp okay for client bookings under POPIA?
Yes — if it's done properly. That means the WhatsApp Business Platform rather than a personal app, a written operator agreement, consent captured in the chat before any personal details are taken — including the cross-border transfer WhatsApp involves — and marketing kept strictly opt-in and separate from service messages. We build all of that in, and keep what's stored to a minimum.
