One website for every venue. Automation behind the scenes.
Every venue you add brings another diary, another set of hours and another phone number. We build one website, with a page for each venue. Then we automate the bookings, the enquiries and the reminders.

What goes wrong?
More venues means more diaries, more messages, more admin.
-
Last term’s hours are still on the page
Hours change for school holidays, public holidays and winter. Four venues means four pages to update by hand. A customer who drives out to a closed door tells everybody.
-
The diary took a booking you cannot seat
Twelve people are booked into a room that seats eight. The diary said yes, because a diary only stores names and times. Your staff spend the shift apologising.
-
The party enquiry that sat until Monday
Functions and parties are the most valuable thing a venue sells. The same question went to three other venues that night. Whoever answers first usually gets the job.
-
Somebody is outside your venue, looking you up
They want to know whether that venue is open right now. One page for the whole group sends them to head office. They see the wrong hours and try somewhere else.
One system, every venue
We build the website first, then the automation behind every venue.
-
01Every venue gets its own page people can find
One website covers the group, with a page for each venue. Each page carries that venue’s photos, address, hours, map and number. Google and Maps then list each venue on its own.
-
02The booking system knows how much room you have
We load each venue’s real limits: tables, lanes, courts, rooms and party slots. The system only offers a time when there is room. A full Saturday cannot be sold twice.
-
03An AI helper answers before the customer asks another venue
The helper answers questions about hours, prices and parking, day or night. Bigger enquiries reach the right venue with the details already filled in. You approve anything the helper is unsure of.
-
04Reminders go out, and one change updates everything
A booked table nobody arrives for is money already spent. A reminder goes out the day before, in the same words at every venue. Change your December hours once, and every page and message follows.
Before any work starts
What is settled before a single table is booked.
Four things are agreed in writing, before any work starts.
- One number for every venue. We sit through a service first, then send one fixed quote in writing. Extra hours on our side stay on our side.
- The venue pages and the booking records stay yours. The domain, the accounts, the code and every guest booking belong to you. We keep your work by doing it well, not by holding your logins.
- The people who learn your service build the system. The people who would do the work sit in your first meeting. Nobody has to be told twice how a Saturday night runs at your busiest venue.
- Guest details handled the way POPIA expects. We set who may see table bookings and private hire enquiries at each venue. Security is where we started, so security is in the build.
Straight answers
The questions venue groups ask.
Our hours change every school holiday. Who updates four pages?
Nobody has to update four pages, because there is one place to change the hours. Set a venue’s hours once, and the venue page, the booking times and the confirmation all follow. How the venue pages work.
Can the system hold real limits like tables, lanes and rooms?
Yes, and real limits are the point at a venue. We load each venue’s tables, lanes, courts, rooms and session sizes. A party of twenty cannot be booked into a room that seats twelve. How the automation works.
What else can automation take off our staff?
Automation answers repeat questions, confirms bookings, sends reminders and chases quotes. Automation can also build the weekly report on bookings and no-shows. We start with whichever job eats the most hours.
Do our venues keep their own names?
Each venue keeps its own page, name, photographs, hours, address and number. Underneath, every venue shares one booking system and one standard.
What can head office see, and what can a venue manager see?
Head office sees every venue in one place: what is booked, what is quiet, which enquiries are waiting. A venue manager sees only their own venue. We set who sees what by role. More on running several locations.
What does it cost?
The cost depends on how many venues you run and how bookings work today. The call is free. You get one fixed quote in writing before any work starts. How we quote.
Start with how many venues you run.
Tell us where your staff lose the most time. You get a straight answer and a time that suits you. We visit venues across the northern suburbs, and we build for groups anywhere.
